Spectre

Spectres are a species of Virtual Monsters that are based on ghosts and ghouls. They are apparitions and one of the four undead species of Virtual Monsters along with Djinn, Zombies and Daimon. Essentially, they are deleted programs that a user on a real world terminal tried to restore. They have a tendency to play pranks on humans, often casting illusions. They can see into the minds of humans and often twist their needs and desires. Despite this, their pranks tend to be a tad bit playful as they never intend to actually hurt anyone. Despite their spooky appearance, they are actually a very kind species of Monsters. They were born from deleted programs that got sent to the Trash Pile and were never collected from memory. Spectre's are a species that is recommended for beginner Tamers as their first Monster(s). They have a species rivalry with Djinn, as they have similar habits. Although, Spectre's typically pull pranks out of fun and games and never intend to actually hurt anyone. In battle, their ability to deceive goes even further as many of their moves are based on illusions.
