Refund Policy

This refund policy only refers to items bought through the MW Industries Shop. Items bought through the Merch Shop are handled differently.

Generally speaking, you have between 30-45 days to return the items associated with the shop. The shop does not handle physical goods however, if you are having issues with what you purchased or you just simply do not like the product you purchased, you will need to speak to your bank and/or credit or debit card company. We do not handle refunds personally. You will need to dispute the order with your bank personally and afterwards, we will ne notified of your dispute through our personal vendors. Once the dispute has been handled, the refund will be issued by your bank or credit card company, and we will remove access to whichever feature your purchased from the website.

Items bought through the Merch Shop must be packaged and handed back to the vendor before a refund is issued. Once the items are turned, we will issue a refund. This refund can only occur if it's within 30 days of purchasing the product. Once again, these refunds are handled primarily through Teespring but, if you dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company, you should have no issues with getting your refund, granted you return the items with your purchase.
