Refund Policy

This refund policy only refers to items bought through the MW Industries Shop. Items bought through the Merch Shop are handled differently but, generally speaking, you have to return the items before receiving a refund from the Merch Store.

In regards to the MW Industries Shop, you have up to 30 days after purchasing an item to issue a refund. Popularity Items bought through the store are non-refundable.

The shop does not handle physical goods however, if you are having issues with what you purchased or you just simply do not like the product you purchased, you will need to speak to your bank and/or credit or debit card company. We do not handle refunds personally. You will need to dispute the order with your bank personally and afterwards, we will be notified of your dispute through our personal vendors. Once the dispute has been handled, the refund will be issued by your bank or credit card company, and we will remove access to whichever feature your purchased from the website.
