Djinn

Djinn are a species of Virtual Monsters that inhabit lamps. Often called "genies", the legend says that they can grant three wishes. They are very rare and valuable in the Virtual World. It is almost impossible to find a Djinn that hasn't been enslaved by another Tamer. With this in mind, Djinn are also known for being tricksters. While they do have the ability to grant wishes, their wishes can often be very twisted and taken for granted. Djinn are also known for turning against their Tamers and even other Virtual Monsters. This is why they are often alone and typically don't hang around other Djinn. They have a species rivalry with the Spectre species as they typically have a similar gig of pulling pranks of people. Often, it is said that your life will be ruined if you accept a Djinn's offer to grant you wishes. It is highly not recommended for a Djinn to be a beginner Tamer's first monster. They also have the ability to shapeshift but, when shapeshifting, they often retain many of their initial features. Djinn are one of the four undead species of Virtual Monsters along with Daimon, Zombies and Spectres. Djinn were born out of people's desire to stop their computer's from crashing.
